To process an enquiry, we store the name, email, country or region, sport, organisation, channel details and metrics, message and consent you submit. Signed-in submissions are linked to your account.
How information is used
Information is used to assess enquiries, discuss requirements and follow up. A salted network-address hash is used for rate limiting. Submitting a form does not purchase a course or sign a representation agreement.
Access and service providers
Enquiries are stored using Supabase, and the website is hosted on Vercel. Details are restricted to authorised administrators; internal notes are not public. Service data may be processed in other countries or regions according to provider configuration.
Your information requests
To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry data, use the contact page and include the original reference. We will verify your identity. Records needed for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations may need to be retained.
Accounts and essential storage
Essential login sessions and PWA caching support accounts and installed access. Manage these through sign-out and browser or device settings. Course orders and account services may require fulfilment records.
